Question about a dispute between Zayd and his sister over ownership of a property. Zayd claims that he has inherited the property from his parents. When his sister claimed her rights over the ownership they reached a settlement with the condition that whoever makes any claim in the future should pay one thousand tumans to the other one. Now the sister has doubts about the validity of the settlement and is asking to see the document. Since she has no claim yet, the question is whether she should pay the fee or not.
